Nurse Manager (RN) Operating Room Assistant
Slimband is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Registered Nurse to fill the position of Nurse Manager Operating Room Assistant. The successful candidate will work full time at the Slimband clinic located in downtown Toronto, steps from the St. George subway station.
Experience, excellent communication skills and confidentiality are a must for the person who will be successful in this role.

Part-time Fill Adjustment Specialist (RN)
Slimband is looking for a friendly, outgoing and experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be required to do subcutaneous injections (fills) in Slimband’s downtown location and other offices. Daily regional travel will be required, with a company vehicle and training being provided.

Inbound Customer Service and Sales Representative
Slimband is looking for an experienced inside sales representative for lead management at our Toronto office.
- Respond by phone and/or email to incoming sales leads (NO cold-calling, NO telemarketing)
- Discuss pre-qualifying information with the client to ensure our service is right for them
- Schedule clients for in-person or phone consultations with our Sales Consultants
- Execute follow-up calls and emails to clients who miss consultations or who request a call back at a later date
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, sales or call center environment
- Excellent customer service skills and impeccable phone manner
- A high level of professionalism, reliability, accountability and organization
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet/Web Based Applications)
- Call center experience is a strong asset but not required
- Salesforce.com experience is a strong asset but not required
- Personal interest in the health or weight loss industry is a strong asset but not required

Patient Support Specialist
Assist in the care of patients following their Slimband procedure. Provide support to Slimband clinical staff to facilitate the delivery of patient care including supporting, co-ordinating and undertaking a full range of administrative tasks.
- Effectively communicate with all patients in order to promote their comfort and wellbeing.
- Provide professional, informed and reliable support to patients after surgery
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email or the online community,
- Maintain a high standard of quality customer care and professionalism,
- Greet customers on the day of surgery and escorting to the surgical area, providing day-of-surgery documentation packages,
- Assist with coordinating and executing local and remote Post-Op events
- Schedule Post-Op support meetings and fill sessions with internal and external resources
- Respond to patient inquiries for receipts, information, appointments or documentation, coordinating with the necessary internal and external contacts to ensure customer is provided with care
- Ensure information is complete and accurate
- Perform outgoing follow up and scheduling calls to patients under the direction of the nursing team
- Ensure that confidential information is not disclosed, including information about staff and patients, to any unauthorized member of staff, or to anyone outside the employment of Slimband who is not authorized to access such information

Marketing Communications Coordinator
The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support Slimband’s marketing initiatives. Knowledge of SEM, SEO, Exact Target, Salesforce, PRweb plus excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed for this role. Ideally you are a quick learner, both conceptually and technologically, and are self-directed.
- Copywriting—Develop, provide copy for, and review external and internal communications to include; blog posts and twitter feeds, drip marketing campaigns, patient communications, advertising, press releases, collateral materials and other requests for copy.
- Web Site Content Management—Support content management for all company web sites. Create/acquire necessary copy, review and adjust tone, optimize for search engine rankings and facilitate posting of the content.
- Client Communications—Distribute client communications as requested via e-mail (exact target) or postal mail.
- Data Base Management—Update Slimband’s CRM tool, currently Salesforce, by adding or changing records for accuracy and coordinating synchronization with other communications systems (Exact Target/5 Buckets). Create email-marketing lists within the system.
- Project Management—Oversee marketing campaigns, material development, and distribution for planned campaigns as assigned.
- Administrative support—Support the Marketing Department's day-to-day needs including preparation and submission of purchase orders for print supplies and promotional materials.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, knowledge of SEM and SEO, Analytics software, Exact Target and Salesforce.
- 2-5 years marketing experience is required
- Project management experience preferred
